For this year's summer solstice (longest day, shortest night), we are the Gardiner Museum's SMASH event representing GBC's School of Design with four interactive and immersive installations in Toronto. RIFT, a two way portal linking rooms via motion detecting web cams. Infinity kaleidoscope cubes. Augmented reality masks on mirrors. And a sound sensitive projected waterfall.
Once more, my unstoppable Interaction Design students delivered another great performance for two successive exhibits and events. The last couple of weeks were crazy, but so fun! MERCI to them and the faculty who coached and supported them until the last minute.
